Paznauner Stube at Ischgl

We decided to go for the weekend of end season event in Ischgl (Austria) and also to try the cuisine of the legendary culinary gourmet chef Martin Sieberer at the PAZNAUNER STUBE in the Trofana Hotel. This restaurant was voted as the best in Tyrol 2012.

Our expectations were very high, because we were already disappointed by some gourmet restaurants we visited, but this time, I must say everything was perfect. The service is a dream, the staff very courteous, very professionally, and yet not annoying, as in many other places.

Since our selection of à la carte dishes was very hard, we opted for a Surprise and Royal menu. Excellent choice!!

Atmosphere was great, delicious quality of the food and the wine selection was amazing, what more could you want??

It was a beautiful evening!

PS. The final highlight was the huge selection of chocolates, which are a must for lovers of sweets like us.

The only thing we can say: TRY YOURSELF!!!
